1. Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of the face navi mobile application (the “App”), provided by the facenavi operations team (“we”, “us”). By using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. What the App does

The App uses AI to analyze facial aesthetics and to generate simulated before-and-after images for cosmetic procedures you select. All output is provided for information only and is not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis or treatment.

3. Medical disclaimer

Analysis results, procedure suggestions and simulation images are reference information only. Simulated images are AI-generated approximations and do not predict the outcome of any real procedure. Individual results vary and depend on factors the App cannot assess.

Any decision to undergo a cosmetic or surgical procedure must be made in consultation with a qualified, licensed medical provider. We accept no responsibility for any medical procedure undertaken on the basis of information from the App.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• The App offers auto-renewing monthly subscriptions (Gold and Premium). Prices are shown in the App in your local currency.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device Settings, under your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current paid period continues until it expires.
• Unused portions of a free trial, if offered, are forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

5. Intellectual property

The App and its contents — including the logo, design, algorithms and analysis logic — are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, repurpose, reverse engineer, modify or redistribute them without our prior written consent.

6. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App
• Imitate or reproduce the App’s algorithms or logic
• Access the service without authorization, or place excessive load on our servers
• Upload a photograph of another person without that person’s consent
• Upload a photograph of a minor, except as their parent or legal guardian
• Use the App in violation of any applicable law

7. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is”. We do not warrant the accuracy of its analysis, its availability, or its continued provision. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law that cannot be waived by agreement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or liabilities, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

8. Changes and termination

We may change, suspend or discontinue features of the App. Where a change is material, we will give notice in the App or by email.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.

If you are a consumer residing outside Japan, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your place of residence, nor of the right to bring proceedings there where such a right cannot be excluded by agreement.
